 "Meet Thomas. He's a great dad to his son jason."  He didn't have much money, but he had a big heart. He fell in love with a woman named Elizabeth and they got married.

But Elizabeth wasn't kind to Thomas. She always made him feel bad about being poor. She would yell at him and make him cry. Despite all this, Thomas tried his best to make her happy. Rukevwe merry 

Then one day, Elizabeth told Thomas she was pregnant. Thomas was overjoyed at the thought of becoming a father, but Elizabeth didn't share his happiness. She made his life even harder, making him feel worthless.

But because of the pain his mother caused him, Jason developed a deep distrust of women. He believed they were all unfaithful and didn't want any woman to come close to him, fearing they would hurt him like his mother did.

Meet Perry, a lovely and down-to-earth young woman from a middle-class family. She embarked on a journey to the city in pursuit of a brighter future. Along the way, she encountered Jason, the CEO of the company where she found employment.

Perry's vibrant personality brought joy to those around her, as she had a knack for making everyone laugh. Despite being hired as a secretary, she had yet to meet her boss, Jason, as he was currently abroad on business.

During Jason's absence, Perry's coworkers cautioned her against making her usual jokes when the boss returned. They warned her that Jason was not fond of humor and rarely smiled. Rukevwe merry 

Perry sat down with her colleagues and explained to them that making jokes and bringing laughter was just part of who she is. She told them that it might be hard for her to stop being cheerful and funny because it came naturally to her.

Her colleagues nodded understandingly, realizing that Perry wasn't intentionally trying to be disrespectful or disruptive. They agreed to support her and assured her that they would try to find a balance between having fun and maintaining a professional environment when Jason returned.

As Perry continued her usual banter with her colleagues, little did she know that Jason had unexpectedly returned to the office. Despite attempts from her coworkers to signal her to stop, Perry carried on, unaware of Jason's presence. Rukevwe merry 

When Jason walked in and heard Perry's chatter, he was not amused. He sternly asked her to stop making noise, but Perry, oblivious to who he was, retorted defiantly, questioning his authority. Ignoring his command, she continued talking.

As the atmosphere turned tense, Perry realized that her jokes were falling flat and the others were not laughing. Attempting to diffuse the tension, she started asking questions, hoping to regain the usual jovial mood.

Suddenly, the man who had hired her entered the office and warmly greeted Jason as "sir." Perry's heart sank as she realized she had been speaking to her grumpy boss all along.

Jason wasted no time. He demanded to know who Perry is,  the man confirmed she is his  new secretary. Without hesitation, Jason instructed his manager to fire her on the spot, right in front of her.

Perry's eyes widened in shock as she realized the consequences of her unawareness. She had unknowingly offended her boss and lost her job in an instant.Perry felt really lost after Jason fired her. She didn't know what to do next. Losing her job like that was really embarrassing for her. Tears started filling her eyes as she left the office. She tried hard not to cry, but it was tough.

Feeling like she had lost, Perry thought it would be good to take a walk and try to calm down. She walked around the city, but she couldn't stop feeling disappointed and embarrassed. She worried about how she would tell her family and friends that she lost her job suddenly.

Just when Perry was feeling like she had no hope left, she got a text from her previous coworker, Sarah. Sarah felt sorry for what happened and suggested they meet for coffee to talk about finding a new job.

Thankful for Sarah's help, Perry said yes to meeting at a nearby café. They sat down with their coffee,  Perry ask Sarah for help to get another job.Sarah listened carefully and promised to assist Perry in finding a new job. She encouraged Perry to stay hopeful and positive.

Perry is determined to get back on her feet after what happened. She spent the next few days applying for different jobs and going to interviews. Even though she faced rejection and felt disappointed at times, she didn't lose hope.

Jason instructed his manager to find a new secretary. However, the manager urged Jason to reconsider his decision regarding Perry. The manager highlighted Perry's hardworking nature and suggested that Jason shouldn't let her go so easily. After listening to the manager's persuasive words, Jason agreed to give Perry another chance and instructed the manager to reemploy her.

Jason specifically instructed his manager to inform Perry that she shouldn't be laughing too much during office hours. He emphasized that the office is a place for business, not entertainment, and that Perry should maintain a professional demeanor.

The manager called Perry on the phone after exchanging pleasantries. He asked her to come back to work and emphasized that this time, she needed to be more professional. He warned her that he wouldn't intervene on her behalf again if anything went wrong. Perry is extremely grateful for the second chance and promised to do her best.

Excited about the news, Perry called Sarah to share it with her. Sarah congratulated her and advised her to take her work seriously because finding a job is difficult these days.Perry promised Sarah that she would take her job seriously before ending the call.

As Perry settled back into her job at the company, Grateful for the chance to prove herself again, Perry felt a renewed determination. She eagerly embraced her new role, ready to put the past behind her and start fresh.

That morning, Jason called Perry to his office, informing her that there is a lot of work to do. Since she had been fired, no one had taken care of the tasks, so he asked her to handle all the files. Perry gathered the files but ended up falling to the ground while carrying them. Instead of helping her, Jason told her to use her brains, suggesting she should have carried the files bit by bit. Perry apologized and got back on her feet. She followed Jason's advice and carried the files little by little until she had taken care of them all.

As Perry sat at her desk sorting through the files, she realized the workload is too much for one day. She went to Jason and asked if she could finish the work the next day, just a few minutes before closing time. But Jason's response was harsh—he told her to leave if she couldn't handle the job.

Feeling desperate to keep her job, Perry returned to her desk, while Sarah and the others left for the day. Jason also left, and as it is already 6:00 pm, the office had been closed for two hours. Perry, who is allergic to  cold, found it increasingly difficult to endure the chilly air from the office's air conditioning. She left her desk,(Jason returned to his office but didn't realize Perry was still around because she wasn't at her desk).to find the security guard and ask for help turning off the AC, but she couldn't find him.

Wearing a light chiffon dress, Perry felt the cold more intensely. Returning to her desk, she tried to continue sorting the files, but after three hours, she couldn't bear the cold any longer. Shivering uncontrollably, she rested her head on her desk.

Suddenly, Jason emerged from his office and noticed Perry shivering. Concerned, he asked her why she is still here at such a late hour. Perry explained that she hadn't finished sorting the files. Without hesitation, Jason went to his office, grabbed the remote, and turned off the AC. He then took off his suit jacket and draped it over Perry to keep her warm. Rukevwe merry 

Jason  asked Perry for her address so he could give her a ride home. Perry insist she could manage on her own.

Jason then ask her to return his suits by morning,  Perry thanked him before leaving the office. However, Perry wasn't used to moving around at night, especially in a new city. When she went outside to hail a cab, some troublemakers attacked her. Rukevwe merry 

Meanwhile, Jason had also left the office and is heading to his car. As he drove out of the office gate, he noticed the men bothering Perry. He quickly got out of his car and came to her rescue. When he tried to take her away, the men turned their aggression towards him. Jason fought back and managed to defeat the six troublemakers before they ran away.

After the ordeal, Jason took Perry to his car and asked for her address again. This time, Perry decided to give it to him. Jason drove her to her place, but just as Perry is about to speak, he abruptly left and went back to his car.

Perry felt confused and thankful when Jason quickly left her at her door. She didn't understand why he acted that way. Even though it was a chaotic situation, she still felt grateful to him for helping her.

As Perry walked into her apartment, her mind is filled with thoughts about what had happened earlier. She felt puzzled about Jason's actions. Did he genuinely care about her well-being? She asked herself.

The next day at work, Perry still felt uneasy about what had happened the night before. She tried to concentrate on her work, but she couldn't stop thinking about Jason's surprising kindness.

Meanwhile, Jason appeared distant and distracted, hardly noticing Perry's presence in the office.

The next day, Jason received an urgent call from his business associate, requiring him to travel to the next city immediately for office work. He instructed Perry to gather all the files and prepare for the trip without giving her much information. Perry, unable to ask Jason any questions, left the office feeling bewildered.

Upon reaching home, Perry quickly packed her things, still unsure about the sudden trip. She asked Sarah if traveling with the boss was part of her job, to which Sarah confirmed. Perry was surprised to learn that sometimes they traveled for months without prior notice.

Later in the evening, Jason called Perry to come out of her house, and they began their journey. However, they encountered heavy traffic on the road, causing them to be stuck in a queue for over four hours. To make matters worse, they experienced a flat tyre, and Jason realized that his spare tyre was missing.

As night fell and with no spare tyre, Jason sought assistance from the locals who directed them to the nearest hotel. Jason and Perry went there, but they were informed that only one room was available. With no other options nearby, they decided to take the room.

After having dinner, Jason suggested that Perry take the bed while he slept on the couch. Despite feeling uncomfortable, Perry agreed and went to sleep. Meanwhile, Jason struggled to sleep due to being in the same room with a woman for the first time.

Eventually, Jason left the room to have some drinks at the bar. Upon returning, he noticed Perry shivering uncontrollably. Concerned, he turned off the AC and tried to warm her up, but she continued to shiver. Perry mentioned her allergy to cold and the absence of her medication.

Feeling helpless, Jason reluctantly joined Perry in bed to share body warmth. Eventually, they became intimate, unable to resist their attraction to each other. The next morning, Jason woke up to find himself na.ked and felt furious about what had happened.

He woke Perry up, asking why she took advantage of him and if she wanted money or was trying to blackmail him

Perry replied, saying she didn't take advantage of him. She explained that he was drunk and had initiated the intimacy by kissing her, despite her asking him to stop. Perry added that because her body was weak, she couldn't resist his advances.

Perry said she should be the one receiving an apology for what he did. She explained that if she had known the trip would end like this, she wouldn't have gone with him.

"You planned everything, that's why you asked me to remove my shirt and join you in bed," Jason said.

He quickly dashed out of bed, covering himself with the duvet, while Perry remained on the bed, crying over what had happened the previous night.

After about 30 minutes, they both got ready and left the hotel room. Perry headed in a different direction, but when Jason asked her where she is going, she said she is going back home. Jason reminded her that they were on official trip.

They got the tyre fixed and then continued on their trip. They met with the clients, completed all the business transactions, and then returned without talking to each other.

Jason took Perry home, and inside the car, he asked her how much money she would take to keep quiet about what happened during the trip. Perry didn't respond. Instead, she opened the door and left the car. Feeling insulted, Jason got out of the car and tapped her, insisting on an answer. Perry replied calmly, saying she didn't need money from him. She asked him to act like nothing happened between them, said goodbye, and walked into her house.

The next day, Perry went back to work as usual. She didn't act like anything had happened between her and her boss during the trip. The only difference was that she didn't seem as cheerful as before.

Throughout the day, Perry focused on her tasks and tried to keep a professional attitude. She interacted with her colleagues and completed her work diligently, but her usual cheerfulness was missing from her facial expressions.

Despite the awkward situation with her boss, Perry didn't let it affect her performance at work. She remained committed to her job and treated everyone with respect, just like she always did.

As the day went on, Perry couldn't help but feel a sense of relief that she had handled the situation calmly. She was determined not to let it affect her work or her relationships with her coworkers.

Even though she still felt a bit uneasy about what had happened, Perry knew that she had done the right thing by not letting it interfere with her professionalism. She was proud of herself for staying strong and focused, even in the face of a difficult situation.

Jason walked into the office and was shocked to see Perry working. He hurried to his office, but he found it hard to concentrate. "What is this girl made of?" he asked himself. "I'm embarrassed to be here while she's working happily like nothing happened between us."

Jason called Perry to come to his office, and she went there. "Sir, I'm here," she said. "Why are you here at work?" Jason asked. Perry replied, "Sir, I walked here, that's why I'm here. Please stop this, sir, sir. Don't act professional with me after what happened between us." Perry apologized and asked what she could do for him.

Jason responded, "I didn't call you to do anything for me. I'm only asking why you came to work after what happened between us." Perry explained, "Sir, this is where I work and make a living. I haven't been fired, that's why I'm here, sir." he asked perry to stop calling him "sir" and stop acting as if she were innocent.

Perry told Jason she didn't know what he was talking about and asked if she could return to her desk if he didn't need anything.

Jason begged her to stop working here, offering her a significant amount of money. Perry insisted that she couldn't stop working here until Jason fired her or she lost interest in working for him.

"I won't fire you," Jason replied, "but please stop coming so I can concentrate on my work." Perry refused, saying she would only stop coming when he fired her.

"You're working here for money," Jason argued, "and I'm offering you a lot of money, but you're rejecting it." Perry stood her ground, saying she was working for her own money and didn't need charity from him.

Realizing it was past 4 o'clock and office hours were over, Perry told Jason she was going home. She left his office, and Jason felt even more annoyed as she walked out on him.

While everyone else had left, Jason struggled to concentrate on typing on his laptop. He typed and erased repeatedly, staying in the office until around 10 pm. Frustrated by his inability to send a simple email, he finally decided to head home.

As he reached for his car keys, a phone suddenly started ringing. Annoyed, he picked up the phone, only to see that the number is saved as "mom." Jason, who harbored resentment towards anything related to  mother, became enraged and smashed the phone on the floor.

Pieces of the phone flew across the room, one of them landing near Perry, who had come back into the office to retrieve her phone that she had forgotten at work.

Seeing her phone smashed on the floor, Perry asked Jason why he did it. Jason explained that he hated anything related to  "mother" because his mother hurt him. He told Perry that his mother left him when he was born to be with another man, which made him emotionally distant. Jason got emotional as he talked about it, Perry seeing this vulnerable side of him for the first time, went to him and hugged him to console him.

Perry assured Jason that everything would be fine,  jason held her tightly, expressing his pain over not receiving his mother's love and his distrust towards women. He explained that his father had raised him alone and that he had vowed never to let any woman come close to him or marry any woman because he believed all women were deceitful just like his mom.

Perry comforted Jason and helped him understand that not all women were the same. When Jason regained his composure, he promised Perry that he would get her another phone the next day. They both left the office, and Jason dropped Perry off at her home.

The next day, Jason bought a new phone on his way to work. When he got to the office, he couldn't find Perry. He kept checking from time to time to see if she was around, but she wasn't.

Feeling concerned, Jason decided to go to Perry's house to check on her. When he knocked on the door, it opened, and he went inside. He searched the sitting room but didn't find anyone. Calling out Perry's name, he received no response. Curious, he went further inside and found her shivering in bed, feeling very cold.

Jason asked Perry for her medicine, and she pointed to her bag. He gave her the medicine and then went to her kitchen to make hot tea for her to drink. Jason asked if she lived alone, and she said yes. He inquired about her family, and she replied that they were in the village. Perry thanked Jason for his care and concern.

Perry then asked if she could take some time off to treat herself, jason granted her request before leaving. Perry couldn't come to work for a week, and during that time, Jason made excuses to visit her everyday. He found himself drawn to Perry and couldn't go a day without seeing her face.

After Perry's week-long absence from work, she finally felt well enough to return. she was greeted with smiles and warm welcomes from her colleagues.

During the day, Perry kept seeing Jason looking at her quickly from far away. He usually looked calm, but today he seemed a bit different. Perry wondered why. Even though they had a tense moment before, Perry felt thankful to Jason for being so caring when she was sick.

During office break, Jason walked up to Perry and said sorry for how he acted by destroy her phone. they talked in the office. He explained that he got upset because he had some feelings he hadn't dealt with about his mom and trusting people. Perry listened carefully, understanding how he felt, and tried to make him feel better.

While they chatted, Perry and Jason started telling each other things they hadn't told anyone else before. They talked about their pasts, the things that scared them, the things they wished for, and the things they dreamed about. It felt like they were really connecting, like they were getting closer than they had been before.

As time went on, Perry and Jason's friendship kept getting stronger. They became like best friends, helping each other with work problems and with things going on in their personal lives too. Even though they were different in some ways, they felt better when they were together, and their friendship got stronger every day.

One evening, after everyone else had gone home, Perry and Jason stayed behind to finish some work together. But instead of just working, they started talking about fun stuff and making each other laugh. Perry realized how much she liked having Jason around and how important he had become to her.

This was the first time Perry had seen Jason smile and laugh so much. Seeing him happy made her happy too, knowing that she could make him feel that way.

As they finished their work and got ready to leave, Jason surprised Perry by asking her if she wanted to go out to dinner with him. Perry wasn't sure at first because it's late and she is tired but  eventually agreed to go,They walked out of the office together, holding hands."Don't worry, Perry, after dinner, I'll take you home," Jason reassured her. Perry smiled and replied, "You know where I live, but I don't know where you live." Jason responded, "After dinner, I'll take you to my place before I take you home." Perry smiled back and said she was looking forward to that.

At dinner, Perry and Jason enjoyed their meal and exchanged smiles. During a light moment, Perry handed her phone to Jason to take a picture of her. Jason asked for her phone password, which she gave him without thinking much about it.

While Perry excused herself to use the restroom, a message popped up on her phone screen saying "I love you too." Curious, Jason opened her phone and checked her WhatsApp messages, only to discover that Perry was chatting with her boyfriend.(Unknown to Jason, Sarah, whose phone wasn't working properly, had been using Perry's phone to chat with her boyfriend. Her boyfriend had only just replied, causing the message to pop up while Jason had Perry's phone.)

Seeing the chat broke Jason's heart because he had just started to trust women again, but now his trust was shattered by what he saw on Perry's phone. He waited for Perry to return, but when she did, he left her in anger, heading to the car to wait for her so he could drop her home.

Perry went to Jason's car and asked why he left angrily. She asked what was wrong, but Jason simply replied, "Get in the car, I'll take you home." Perry insisted, reminding him that he promised to show her where he lived. Jason responded, "Please, just get in the car. I'll show you my place. Can we leave now?"

Perry entered the car, but Jason's face still showed anger. When they arrived at Jason's house, they both got out of the car and went inside. Perry exclaimed, "Wow, this house is beautiful! Do you live here alone?" Jason replied, "I live here with my dad, but he's not currently in the country."

Perry asked if she could see the rooms, but Jason said there was no need. Perry insisted, so Jason reluctantly showed her his room. "Wow, this is the largest room I've ever seen! It's beautiful," Perry said. She then demanded to see the other rooms, but Jason refused. Perry, determined, grabbed Jason's hand and tried to drag him to the other rooms, but he ended up shouting at her to leave and go to her boyfriend's house.

In response to Jason's accusations, Perry asked, "What do you mean by that? Have I ever told you I have a boyfriend?" Jason replied, "You don't need to tell me that. I already found out from your WhatsApp. All this while, you were cheating on me. You're just like my mom. You were telling your boyfriend 'I love you' countless times today." Perry laughed, saying, "That's Sarah's boyfriend. Her phone is bad, so she used my phone to chat with her boyfriend today. Besides, how does that mean I'm cheating on you? I can only cheat on you if we are in a relationship."

Jason asked, "And who said we aren't in a relationship, Perry? I can't ever remember telling you I'm dating you. We only mistakenly got intimate." Perry replied,

 "And who said it's a mistake we got intimate? It was part of our Destiny" Jason responded,

 "I didn't understand you tonight. Why are you feeling so entitled towards me?" Perry asked, "It's because I'm in love with you, and I know you like me too. I already consider we are in a relationship. But if you think we aren't, then let me ask you officially. Perry, will you be in a relationship with me?"beside I'm sorry for accusing you wrongly because of the chat I saw.

Perry was short of words. "I, I, I..." she stammered. Jason approached her and said, "I truly love you. I really don't know how you turned my stone heart into a loving heart. Say yes to me and make me the happiest man on earth.

Perry felt surprised by what Jason said. Her heart was beating fast as she tried to figure out what to say back to him. After a moment, she finally found her voice.

"I... I need time to think," Perry said quietly, her voice shaking a little.

Jason moved closer to her, his voice gentle yet urgent. "There's no need to think too much. We've spent so many days together, and we know each other well. Just say yes to me and make me the happiest person alive."

"Okay, yes, I want to be in a relationship with you too. Yes, yes, yes!" Perry exclaimed, her voice echoing in the air. Jason couldn't contain his joy. He grabbed her and lifted her into the air, overwhelmed with happiness. "I love you, Perry. Thank you for making me happy," he said, his eyes shining with love.

Jason asked Perry if he could kiss her. Shyly, Perry replied, "Did you ask for permission before you kissed me the last time?" Jason smiled. "I can't remember, because then I was intoxicated with alcohol. But now I'm intoxicated with your love." He kissed Perry passionately, and she melted into his embrace.

Perry reminded Jason that she needed to go home because it's late already, but Jason replied, "This is your home baby."

As Jason and Perry stood together, their eyes locked, they felt a strong connection between them. Jason gently held Perry's face in his hands and leaned in to kiss her. It was a passionate kiss, filled with warmth and desire. Perry felt a rush of emotions as they embraced, their bodies pressed close.

Jason's hands romance Perry's body, sending tingles down her spine. She couldn't help but moan softly as he kissed her neck. They moved together in perfect harmony, lost in the moment of their love for each other.

Afterwards, as they lay together in bed, Perry whispered, "I love you, Jason." Jason held her close and whispered back, "I love you too, Perry." 

Jason removed his shirt and trouser, tossing them aside.He gently removed Perry's clothes and caressed her chest. Then he  played with her two oranges. Every touch sent shivers down Perry's spine, craving more of Jason's affection... Jason carefully used his touch to explore every sensitive part of Perry's body, igniting her passion. Then, he tenderly entered her, deepening their connection.After their passionate encounter, they fell asleep in each other's arms, basking in the warmth of their love until the next day.

The next morning, Jason woke Perry up with a gentle touch. "Hey beautiful, don't you have to go to work? Do you want your boss to fire you?" he teased, a playful smile on his face.

Perry chuckled and replied, "My boss, who is sleeping with me, won't dare to fire me because he loves me a lot."

They both laughed, enjoying the playful banter. Jason then asked Perry what she wanted for breakfast.

Perry grinned mischievously and said, "I want you for breakfast."

Jason's smile widened, and he playfully jumped onto the bed. "Do you want another romantic moment, my cute baby?" he asked, using his nose to nuzzle against hers.

Perry giggled and replied, "That wouldn't be a bad idea."

With that, they pulled the duvet over themselves for another intimate encounter, lost in the warmth of their love for each other.

After their intimate encounter, Perry brought up a serious topic with Jason. She expressed her concern about the possibility of pregnancy due to their unprotected intimacy. Jason promised to visit Perry's family and marry her legally once his father returned home.

Perry stayed with Jason for two weeks, but she eventually returned home. Despite Jason's reluctance to let her go, Perry insisted on him meeting her family to prove his seriousness about their relationship beyond just intimacy.

When Jason's father returned from abroad, Jason introduced Perry as his woman. His father accepted her wholeheartedly, bringing joy to both Perry and Jason.

However, Perry soon realized that her monthly cycle hadn't arrived. Panicked, she confided in Jason, who reassured her with a smile, saying he had planted a seed of their love inside her.

Two days later, they traveled to see Perry's family. Perry anxiously awaited Jason's arrival with his father.

As they entered Perry's home, she introduced Jason to her mother, siblings, and father. Everyone welcomed him warmly.But when Jason's father entered the house, he was shocked. He recognized Perry's mother and exclaimed her name, Elizabeth. She responded with his name, Thomas. Jason asked if they knew each other, and his father confirmed that Elizabeth is his evil mother.

Thomas grabbed Jason and dragged him out of the house.

Perry went after Jason to talk, but his dad pulled him back. Perry kept asking to speak with Jason, who was surprised to learn that Perry's mom is also his mom. 

Perry said, "Jason, let me explain. She's not really my mom; she's been with us for a long time, like a nanny. That's why I call her 'mom'.

"She practically raised us when our real mom passed away. She's really kind, I promise," Perry pleaded. But Jason got really angry hearing Perry say she is really kind. "How can you call this woman who left a newborn baby behind a good person?" Jason yelled. "I'm leaving." Then he got into the car with his dad, and they drove away, leaving Perry feeling sad. Elizabeth tried to chase after them, but she tripped and fell to the ground, crying. Perry rushed to her side, wiping away her tears and helping her up. She gently guided her mother back inside, comforting her and telling her not to cry.

Perry reassured her, saying, "Mom, don't cry today. This is a day of happiness because you've finally seen the two people you've been searching for all these years." Perry's siblings and father also surrounded Elizabeth, offering their support and comfort.

Perry tried to call Jason for two days, but Jason didn't answer. Jason got upset because she called his mom a good woman, even though she abandoned him just barely few hours when he was born.

Thomas urged him to hurry and make sure nothing happened to his grandchild. Jason drove out of the house quickly and arrived at Perry's house in no time.

Jason entered Perry's house and asked her, "Why do you want to end our baby's life?" Perry responded, "I wanted to talk to you about that. It seems like you care more about the baby than me." Jason explained, "I care about both of you, but I'm really upset with your mom or our mom."

Perry interrupted him and said, "I asked  you  to come here so  I can tell you the truth. Your mom was tricked by a man who promised her a better life abroad, which is why she left you behind." Rukevwe merry
